Keanu Reeves In '47 Ronin'

It turns out Keanu Reeves can grow a beard, as this first photo of him on the set of 47 Ronin proves .

Or his makeup team have done a good job.

The basic premise of this film is Kai (Reeves), is an outcast who joins Oishi (Hiroyuki Sanada ), the leader of the 47 Ronin. Together they seek vengeance upon the treacherous overlord who killed their master and banished their kind.

The movie is shot in 3D (What isn't nowadays) and is due for release on November 21st 2012.
