'Wrath Of The Titans' Trailer Arrives

But will this sequel manage to abolish the bitter taste that Clash Of The Titans left in viewers mouths?

It is no secret that if you want a lesson on how to make a 3D action movie look like horse s*** all you need to do is rent Clash Of The Titans. The story was awful and so linear that it made you yearn for the plasticine monsters from Jason and The Argonauts. But sadly no, we were subjected to a CGI eye watering 3D monster romp that was meant to be exciting and scary but turned out to be more like the ghost train at the annual travelling fair.

With that in mind I settled down to watch the trailer for the sequel. Now I don't know if this is a new fad in Hollywood, take a film that really was terrible relaunch the sequel and actually learn from the mistakes of the first one. It took Hollywood long enough to figure out this magic formula but they seem to be pulling it off. First with Ghost Rider and now with Wrath Of The Titans.

So as you may have already guessed I was pleasantly suprised by this trailer not as much as seeing Liam Neeson in it though, he is everywhere at the moment. The CGI looks good Sam Worthington does his best bless him, and the overall feel of the movie looks like it could live up to the Greek Mythology stories it is based on.

The film is released on March 30th 2012.
